We have a large pool of trainers drawn from the industry. These are entrepreneurs who are running their own businesses and thus endowed practical skills, years of experience, knowledge and passion. We choose the right candidate for the right assignment. For example, we cannot give someone who has no experience in selling profession to go give a training on sales. We don't Google our content. We do experiential learning, sharing our own stories and strategies.
